About

I am a playwright, meditation teacher and Akashic consultant.

As a playwright, librettist, and songwriter, my work has been developed or produced in venues ranging from abandoned buildings and churches to The Mercury Store, The Lark, Theaterlab, Dixon Place, BRIC Arts Media, Musical Theater Factory, and international stages like the Théâtre de Ménilmontant in Paris. I’ve received support from the NEA, LMCC, and Sewanee Writers' Conference (Walter E. Dakin Fellow), and my essays have appeared in American Theater Magazine, Howlround, and The San Francisco Chronicle. My translations from French include The Chairs by Eugene Ionesco. I hold an MFA in Playwriting from Yale and an MA in Opera Dramaturgy from the Sorbonne. Read my full creative bio here.

Alongside my creative work, I serve as a Certified Akashic Records consultant trained through Akashic Records Consultants International, helping individuals and organizations envision futures beyond their limits. I offer one-on-one consultations and group experiences (300 + sessions and counting) and a seasonal Akashic forecast series, The Report from the Field. My intuitive practice is grounded in nearly two decades of Buddhist study and over 18 months in personal retreat.

As a meditation teacher, I’ve led over 600 classes and workshops for organizations including Facebook, PwC, and Barclays, and served on staff at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, MNDFL, and Journey Meditation. I specialize in integrating spiritual insight with embodied presence and creative resilience.
